Where we ship

Anywhere in Canada. We don't ship outside Canada yet.

Cost

Free on every order.

How long it takes

Your leggings ship from our manufacturer's warehouse overseas. Delivery usually takes 7 to 14 business days from the day you order.

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Duties and taxes

Prices include delivery to your door. You won't be asked to pay extra duties or fees on delivery.

Multiple pairs

Orders with more than one pair may arrive together or in separate parcels.

Lost or late parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived 45 days after you ordered, email hello@shopfairhold.com and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.

Wrong address

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we'll reship it once for free.

Holidays

For delivery before December 25, order by December 3.
