These terms apply to your use of shopfairhold.com and to any purchase from Ryan Duffy, operating as Fairhold ("Fairhold", "we"), based in Ontario, Canada. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Product information and claims

We try to describe our products accurately. Fairhold products are clothing. Any difference is only in how they look on you while you're wearing them: they don't change your skin or body, and they don't treat, cure or prevent any skin or medical condition. How they look and fit varies by body, size and fit, so please check the size guide before ordering.

Product photos are for illustration. Some show our products on AI-generated models, made from photos of the real product. Colours can look slightly different on different screens.

To the extent allowed by law, we're not responsible for results beyond what we describe on our product pages.

Our products aren't a substitute for medical advice. If you have a skin, circulation or other health concern, ask a health professional.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes are added at checkout. Multi-pair prices (for example "2 pairs C$98") are simply the price for that number of pairs. Payment is taken when you order. We may cancel and fully refund any order if a price or listing error occurred, or if we can't fulfil it.

Shipping

We currently ship within Canada only. Delivery times are estimates; see our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

Care

Follow the care label: wash cold, inside out, hang to dry, no fabric softener. Damage from heat, bleach, rough surfaces or snags isn't a defect.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002 or other consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

Intellectual property

Site text, photos and the Fairhold name and logo belong to us or our licensors. Don't copy them without permission.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted when you order applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
